Refund policy

Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do our very best to ensure all items are as represented and shipped in perfect condition, but occasional errors happen.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at info@shopsilverjewerly.com within 7 days of receiving it. We will reply with details about returning your product. 

Damaged or missing items:
Inform us by email of missing items. If your item is damaged, send a photo by email of the damaged item. Once approved, you will be shipped a replacement or refunded on your original form of payment.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping is not refundable on returns.

*Earrings are NOT eligible for returns for health and safety reasons.*

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping is not refundable on returns.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Any discounted or sale item is final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item. If the item you received is damaged or defective, please send us an email at info@shopsilverjewerly.com with details and photos of the problem. We will reply with information on returning the item for an exchange. Some items are one of a kind, in which case a refund will be issued.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the return will need to processed through the original form of payment and we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping:
To return your product, mail the item to: Shop Silver Jewelry, 436 Lyndhurst Rd, Lyndhurst Ontario K0E1N0, Canada. Always contact us via email for return approval BEFORE you ship the item.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee delays or errors made by the shipping company.
